You know there’s more in you. But something keeps holding you back.

Coaching for thoughtful, capable people who feel stuck, overthink everything, and know they’ve been playing small.

You’re not lacking potential. You’re battling what’s blocking it. The self-doubt, the fear, the overthinking, the voice inside that says, “Who do you think you are?” Coaching gives you space to quiet the noise, get clear, and start moving again.

When your head is in a whirl, it’s hard to trust yourself.

You may look capable on the outside, but inside it can feel like a constant battle.

Worrying you’re not good enough. Hiding your talents. Turning your back on your potential. Wanting more for yourself, but hearing that old voice whisper, “Don’t push your luck.”

Fear of failure can keep you stuck. Fear of success can do the same. Either way, you end up circling, doubting yourself, and putting off what matters most.

Coaching helps you understand what’s really going on underneath, so you can stop fighting yourself and begin moving forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Hi, I'm Zibby — short for Elizabeth.

I'm a coach for capable people at turning points. People others often rely on, but who privately feel stuck, stretched, or unsure what to do next.

Many of my clients know they have more in them. They may have lost confidence, outgrown an old version of themselves, or be tired of overthinking and holding themselves back.

Coaching with me is a place to lay it all on the table, hear yourself think, and work out what’s really getting in the way. From there, we take it step by step and begin to make things happen.

This work can help when you feel:

  • stuck in your head and unable to move forward
  • low in confidence or unsure of yourself
  • frustrated that you keep holding yourself back
  • afraid of getting it wrong, or afraid of being seen
  • ready for change but unsure where to begin
  • tired of shrinking your life to stay safe

Together, we slow things down, get honest about what’s going on, and find a way forward that feels grounded, realistic, and true to you.

You do not need to have it all worked out before you come.

You don’t need a perfect plan. You don’t need to be more motivated. You don’t need to arrive with the right words.

Often, people come because they are fed up with going round in circles on their own and know something has to shift.

That first conversation can be the moment things start to become clearer.

“It felt like a massage for my mind.”

Coaching with me is straightforward.

We start with a conversation. You bring whatever is going on, however muddled or unfinished it feels.

We look at what’s keeping you stuck, what matters most now, and what needs to happen next.

You can start with one conversation and take it from there.

You don’t need fixing. You need freedom from what’s in the way.

If you’re tired of second-guessing yourself and ready to move forward, let’s start with a conversation.

We’ll talk about where you are, what feels stuck, and whether coaching with me would be useful.
