How it works
We work in focused bursts — then pause so the learning lands.
Most clients meet weekly (three sessions a month) or fortnightly.
You’ll get notes, clear next steps, and tools in a fully GDPR-compliant portal to keep progress visible.

Pro Bono Coaching Spot — Apply Below
A few times a year, I offer a limited number of pro bono coaching spots to individuals who are on the edge of something great — but whose current financial situation makes it difficult to invest in coaching.
These places are offered with love, no strings attached. I want coaching to reach those who need it most — especially those who are committed to showing up, doing the work, and creating meaningful change in their lives, careers or communities.
