About Me

I know what it’s like to have potential and not quite use it.

To have ability, ideas, something in you, but not quite let it out. To hold back. To second-guess. To overthink things to the point where nothing really moves.

I spent years like that.

Full of potential, but never quite reaching it. Starting things, then stopping. Getting pulled into distraction, self-doubt, and endless thinking instead of actually doing.

On the outside, things could look fine. But underneath, I knew there was more in me than I was living.

Coaching changed that.

Not overnight, but steadily and honestly. I began to see myself differently. To trust my decisions. To take action, even when it felt uncomfortable.

That’s why I do this work now.

I work with people who are bright, capable and full of potential, but who feel stuck in their own heads or held back by doubt.

You don’t need fixing. But you might need space, support and someone to help you cut through the noise.

So you can stop holding yourself back and start doing something with what’s already there.

A bit about me.

I bring a unique mix to my coaching — years as a therapist and a background in acting.

My 20-year acting career (BBC, ITV, feature films, West End) taught me how to read what’s beneath the surface, ask the right questions, and listen with real presence.

When I became a mum, I retrained as a counsellor and spent the next decade supporting people through life’s tougher moments. That work showed me the power of holding space — and ultimately led me to the forward-focused work of coaching.

I trained as an executive coach to work with people who don’t just want to feel better — they want to be better.

You gave me your calm.
You helped me think rationally.
You helped me know it was ok to feel.
I now have more self-esteem
